Your coordinator will create a work plan with the organization for you prior to your arrival. If your placement is located near our orientation centre then you will have an opportunity to visit your placement and discuss the work plan together. This is your opportunity to have some say in your experience and to voice any concerns and make changes prior to the transfer to your placement. You need to work with your coordinator until you have designed a work plan that makes sense for everyone. If any changes need to be made, your coordinator will follow up with the organization, and see what is possible.

The idea here is that we need to know exactly what your goals and expectations are, so that you have the most rewarding and successful experience possible. Good communication is the key to making this happen.
