Once you have an idea of the placement possibilities and you have decided which country you would like to live and work in, the next step is to complete the online application. This application provides our intern coordinators with the initial information they need to begin to match you with specific placement options, based on your interests and experience. After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted with your acceptance email within 10 business days. At this point you will need to register for the program.

Once your registration fee has been received, you will receive your Registration Package, which includes registration forms, pre-departure and arrival materials, as well as contact details for your intern coordinator. You will be contacted by your intern coordinator at this point, and can begin working directly with them to confirm your internship in your chosen destination.

Your intern coordinator is your best resource to discuss your current, and other, potential placement options, as well as any other country or placement specific questions you may have. After all, they're living there and can speak about it first hand. Allow up to 6 weeks after we receive your registration fee for confirmation of your internship. If we can not match you with an appropriate internship your registration fee will be refunded in full.
