Each program has a designated start and stop date. When making your travel arrangements you should plan to arrive on the first day of the program, and depart on the last day of the program.

Early Arrivals

Of course you can choose to arrive in your country any time before your program start date. Any costs incurred (meals, accommodation, additional travel insurance etc.) are at your own expense until the first day of your program. Our staff both at home and abroad, can assist with any arrangements, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

If you are arriving early and wish to be met at the airport and brought to your accommodation and receive an initial health and safety briefing there is $75 Early Arrival Fee, to be paid prior to arriving in country. Your coordinator will make sure all arrangements are made in advance, however keep in mind the cost of your meals and accommodation is still at your expense until the first date of your program.

Late Arrivals

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any arrivals more than two days beyond the listed program start date. At that point too much has been missed, and there is not the time available to provide you with the complete orientation.

If you are arriving late and wish to be met at the airport and brought back to the orientation centre, and your accommodation there is $75 Late Arrival Fee, to be paid prior to arriving in country.

Of course in both early and late arrival scenarios you will have the address of the orientation centre, and have the option to make your own way to the orientation center and meet up with your coordinator.
